I agree with the meeting time. Let us allocate 1 hour max. If people want
to chat more. they can chat offline after the meeting. This does require
the volunteers to also prepare relatively well to make good use of the time.

Also, the reminder email needs to be sent on the same day of the meeting
(not sure if we do that already).

The volunteer model is a bit tricky to change. My feeling is to make the 1
hour change for now and see how it goes.
