We are happy to announce that Moshe Y. Vardi, Rice University, will attend the event in order to receive the Salomaa Prize in Automata Theory, Formal Languages and Related Topics, which will be presented to him by Wolfgang Thomas. For more details, see the DLT&WORDS homepage.
