WABI 2022 Pangenome Workshop - Call for Participation

A special "Workshop on Computational Pangenomics" will take place right 
after WABI 2022 in Potsdam (near Berlin) September 7-9. This will be an 
on-site event. The workshop will consist of keynotes, invited talks and 
networking events around the topic of computational pangenomics. There 
will be no proceedings.  For more information on WABI, please see

To participate in the pangenome workshop in addition to WABI, it is 
necessary and sufficient to register for the 'full' ALGO conference. 
Register for the 'half' ALGO to participate in the workshop only 
(without WABI).  We still recommend to participate in the whole week 
('full' ALGO), since the regular WABI program also contains several 
interesting talks on Latest Pangenome Research Trends.

* Full WABI conference: September 5-9

Participants of the workshop are invited to a special Social Event, a 
5-hour boat trip on Wednesday afternoon/evening that includes dinner and 
drinks. Due to limited capacity, special registration to this event is 
necessary, by personal email to jens.stoye at uni-bielefeld.de.
