Dear all,

I have an open position for a postdoctoral researcher in algorithms and 
computational biology here in the Department of Computer Science at the 
University of Helsinki. In particular, this position focuses on novel 
variants of de Bruijn graphs and on developing methods using de Bruijn 
graphs for processing of high throughput sequencing data. The position is
