The aim of this conference is to encourage collaboration between early stage pioneers in the field and showcase applications of combinatorics, statistics and general mathematical principles to solving problems in bioinformatics.



Keynote speakers include:



  *   Prof. Rolf Apweiler, Co-Director of the European Bioinformatics Institute
  *   Prof. Alberto Paccanaro, Professor in Machine Learning and Computational Biology at Royal Holloway, University of London
  *   Dr. Dimitris Polychronopoulos, Data Scientist at Genomics England



Each session of this one-day conference will feature an invited talk followed by oral presentations by students. Coffee breaks will provide the opportunity to network; lunch will be provided in a local restaurant.
