[CPM-SPIRE-L] GCB 2015 call for posters and participation

Dear colleague,

there is still time to submit a poster abstract (till Friday!) to the 
German Conference on Bioinformatics (GCB), taking place in the Ruhr 
Metropolitan Area at TU Dortmund, September 27--30, 2015.

GCB features 25 accepted talks among proceedings papers, highlight talks 
and junior research group presentations.

This year's invited speakers are

* Veli Mäkinen - University of Helsinki, Finland
* Eric Rivals - CNRS and University Montpellier, France
* Roland Schwarz - EMBL-EBI, UK
* Andrew Smith - ELIXIR, UK


If you plan to attend, please note that early registration ends soon 
(August 17). Early fees have been kept as low as possible, with only 160 
Euros for PhD students.


There are several travel fellowships available for presenting students 
(paper or poster), for which we are now accepting applications.
