The 7th International Conference on Combinatorial Optimization and
Applications (COCOA'2013) will be held in Chengdu, China during
Dec 12-14, 2013. In fact, starting from 2013, COCOA will be held in
winter.

Paper submission deadline: August 2, 2013.
Notification date: September 16, 2013.
