SPIRE 2013 is the 20th edition of the International Symposium on
String Processing and Information Retrieval. It will will take placein the Dan Panorama Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel and will be organized
by the Department of Computer Science of the University of Bar-Ilan.
SPIRE 2013 will feature invited talks by Ido Dagan (Bar-Ilan U.),
Roberto Grossi (Pisa U.), Robert Krauthgamer (Weizmann Institute), andYossi Matias (Google R&D).
SPIRE 2013 will also feature the WCTA workshop on October 10th.
SPIRE 2013 will have a best paper award and a best student paper award.
SPIRE 2013 will invite the best papers to a special issue of Journal
of Discrete Algorithms.Typical topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
* String Processing, Information Retrieval (IR), Interaction of biology and computation
