[Security-meetings] Computer Security Reading Group's 0th Meeting for Spring 2023

Our meeting venue is *WCH 202* every week for this quarter *Spring 2023*.
The meeting time is *every Thursday, 12-1 pm*.

Our meetings are always "optional" and "hybrid", meaning that you can
choose not to attend if you are busy. We will also provide zoom playback.

For this week, I will be presenting an interesting paper "Chasing Shadows:
A security analysis of the ShadowTLS proxy" published at FOCI 2023. It is
interesting because it reveals some interesting properties inherent in the
TLS protocol.
