[Security-meetings] Security Reading Group for Winter 2021

Thanks for Heng's and everyone's initiative. From my observation,
presentation is a critical skill that unfortunately does not receive much
attention. I wish we can all learn from the experience and presenting and
paying attention to others' presentations. Hopefully you will form some
ideas on what presentations are effective. One common issue I see is too
many details are presented which is not friendly to many who do not work
directly in that space. I'd suggest that we pick papers that have
interesting ideas and strong results that most people can relate to (and
focus only on those points). Note that I think many of the presentations
need to have more background slides also to motivate the problem. I see
many presentations glossed over this in only one or two sentences (that is
typically insufficient to set up the context for others to understand why
this problem is worthwhile solving).
