[Security-meetings] Notification and Polling for the Meeting, Spring 2020

Hi all,

Hope everyone stays safe and healthy lately.
I am trying my best to keep this reading group working fluently.
But there are only 4 people who respond to the doodle poll.

I understand that everyone has difficulty at working from home. It takes
longer to do everything.
If you believe that you cannot join or present paper under current
circumstances, please let me know.
I will treat these feedback anonymously and not personally.
Maybe we can resume the reading group from Summer if a large amount members
really can't make it right now.

I’d also appreciate some feedback on my work.
