I've attended their presentation. They use directed antenna to capture the
wifi signal change of a person sitting in designated position holding a
phone with certain posture. And they use pre-recorded wifi signal pattern
to recognize the captured data. But I think their results are
opportunistic, and not reliable at all. One drawback is their patterns are
only effective when they can pre-record them and the victim has to use the
same position, posture and gesture.
