from SPIRE 2025 (International 
Symposium on String Processing and Information Retrieval); the special 
issue is, however, open to other submissions,
 provided that the topics fall within the scope of SPIRE. Topics of 
interest range from string algorithms, text indexing, combinatorial 
pattern matching, data compression, to computational biology and 
algorithmic aspects of information retrieval. For more information,

proceedings need to be extended by scientifically significant content, 
such as important and nontrivial proofs that were omitted, substantially
 generalized or new results, etc. When submitting your
 paper, please state clearly if your submission is an extended version 
of a conference paper and explain in detail what the extension 
consists of. </div>
