Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, combinatorics on words; string algorithms and data structures; exact, approximate, and parameterized pattern matching; string indexing and compressed text processing; sequence analysis and alignment; bioinformatics and computational biology; coding and data compression; information retrieval and natural language processing; pattern discovery; string processing in databases; and other algorithmic and combinatorial aspects of processing strings, sequences, and related data. Both papers reporting original research and surveys of important results are welcome. CPM 2027 will use two submission rounds. The first round aims to select approximately half of the papers, while the second round will select the remaining papers. Papers rejected from the first round may be resubmitted in the second round, where they will compete with solicited new submissions. The proceedings will be published in LIPIcs. The conference will be held in London, United Kingdom, on June 16-18, 2027. ============================================================ Submission Guidelines ============================================================ Submissions are made through the EasyChair conference system. Authors must submit an extended abstract of at most 12 single-spaced pages on A4 paper, excluding the title page and references. The title page should contain the title, authors, affiliations, e-mail addresses, a short abstract, and keywords. Authors are required to use the LIPIcs LaTeX style. The submission must be made as a single PDF file. The review process is single-blind, with anonymous reviewers and non-anonymous authors. Additional material intended for referees but not for publication in the final version, such as details of proofs, may be included in a clearly marked appendix that is not counted toward the page limit. For experimental papers, program code should be made publicly available, together with reasonable documentation, to allow the Program Committee to assess the replicability of the experimental results. Papers submitted to CPM must represent original, previously unpublished work. At the time of submission, and throughout the review period, the paper (or an essentially identical paper) must not be under review by another conference with published proceedings or by a scientific journal.
