[CPM-SPIRE-L] Call for Abstracts: HiTSeq 2026 within ISMB 2026

HiTSeq is the yearly gathering of the ISCB Community of Special Interest in
High Throughput Sequencing algorithms. This meeting takes the form of a
topical track at the ISMB 2026 Conference, and is devoted to the latest
advances in computational techniques for the analysis of high-throughput
sequencing (HTS) data. It provides a forum for in-depth presentations of
novel algorithms and analysis methods enabling applications in multiple
areas of biology that HTS is transforming.

Important dates:
Abstract submission deadline: April 9, 2028
Late poster abstract submission deadline: May 7, 2026
Conference July 12-16 2026 in Washington, DC, USA

Early abstract submissions will be considered for poster or presentation by
the organizing committee.

HiTSeq combines advantages of a medium-sized event focused on a set of
related topics with options to attend conference-wide keynotes and
presentations at many other parallel tracks of ISMB.
