The workshop is organized to help foster contacts within the bioinformatics and computational biology communities in Central Europe and beyond. The workshop is open to all topics in the broad scope of bioinformatics and computational biology and will provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on the newest developments in the discipline.

The workshop will take place within the ITAT conference. Participants will have an opportunity to participate in other co-located workshops and enjoy outdoor activities in the scenic regions of Nízke Tatry and Slovak Paradise at the best time of the year. The conference fee includes accommodation and full board.

The workshop will consist of presentations of regular papers and short abstracts. All contributions are in the English language. At least one author is required to register by the early registration deadline and attend the conference. It is expected that the workshop will take two days within the
conference, exact length and dates will depend on the number of
presentations.

Regular papers: present new results or a significant work-in-progress not published elsewhere
5-10 pages CEURart two-columns latex style
will be reviewed by at least two reviewers
upon acceptance will be published in CEUR Workshop Proceedings volume indexed in Scopus

Short abstracts: present new results or a highlight of recently published contribution (after June 2024)
1 page abstract
will be approved by a member of the program committee
upon acceptance will be published on-line in a volume with ISBN number
