Dear All,

The 2 days Workshop Data Structures in Bioinformatics (DSB) will take 
place im  Montpellier (France) on the
14-15 March 2024 (see https://dsb-meeting.github.io/DSB2024/). It is the 
10th edition of DSB.

The workshop "Data Structures in Bioinformatics", or DSB for short, is 
an annual scientific meeting at the crossroads of computer science and 
bioinformatics. It is a unique forum to discuss compact data structures 
and algorithms in the context of data processing from life sciences. 
Topics include string algorithms and combinatorics, data structures, 
algorithms for genome/pangenome/metagenome/transcriptome/translatome 
analysis, etc.

Submissions of abstract for an oral presentation is open until February 
1st. 2024.
