[CPM-SPIRE-L] Call for Papers: HiTSeq 2025 within ISMB/ECCB 2025

HiTSeq is the yearly gathering of the ISCB Community of Special Interest in
High Throughput Sequencing algorithms. This meeting takes the form of a
topical track at the ISMB/ECCB 2025 Conference, and is devoted to the
latest advances in computational techniques for the analysis of
high-throughput sequencing (HTS) data. It provides a forum for in depth
presentations of novel algorithms, analysis methods, and methods enabling
applications in multiple areas of biology that HTS is transforming.

ISCM/ECCB proceedings submissions January 23, 2025
Abstract submission deadline: April 17, 2025
Late poster submission deadline: May 15, 2025
Conference July 20-24 2025 in Liverpool, UK.

Accepted papers will be published in a special issue of Bioinformatics
journal.

Abstract submissions will be considered for poster or presentation by the
organizing committee.

HiTSeq combines advantages of medium-sized event focused on a set of
related topics with options to attend conference-wide keynotes and
presentations at many other parallel tracks of ISMB/ECCB. ISMB/ECBB 2025
secured two of this year's Nobel Prize in chemistry winners as keynote
speakers, namely David Baker and John Jumper.
