[CPM-SPIRE-L] DSB 2025 1st Call for Abstract and Participation

Dear All,

The 11th edition of the 2 days workshop Data Structures in 
Bioinformatics (DSB) will take place in Pisa (Italy) on
March 5th and 6th, 2025 (see https://dsb-meeting.github.io/DSB2025/).

The workshop "Data Structures in Bioinformatics" is an annual scientific 
meeting at the crossroads of computer science and bioinformatics. It is 
a unique forum to discuss compact data structures and algorithms in the 
context of data processing from life sciences. Topics include string 
algorithms and combinatorics, data structures, algorithms for 
genome/pangenome/metagenome/transcriptome/... analysis.

Submissions of abstracts for an oral presentation is open until February 
1st. 2025.
