Dear All,

11 years after its publication, a pdf of my book "Bioinformatics 
Algorithms" is now publicly available at my home page

The book provides an introduction to algorithms and data structures that 
operate efficiently on strings. It focuses on algorithms for sequence 
analysis (string algorithms), but also covers genome rearrangement 
problems and phylogenetic reconstruction methods.
