Sequences in London is a 2-day workshop that aims to gather researchers
working on different aspects of symbolic sequences. Topics of interest
include, but are not limited to: string processing, data compression,
computational biology, music information retrieval, and combinatorics on
words; and applications such as: search tasks, pattern matching,
bioinformatics, meta/pan-genomics, transcriptomics, database systems, and
text mining.
The event will be held this year on 11-12 May at Goldsmiths, University of
London.
Attendance is free for registered participants. If you would like to attend
