The Faculty of Computer Science at the Université de Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada, invites applications for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor.

The department is interested in fundamental research in various areas of computer science.
This includes research in algorithms for bioinformatics, model checking, cryptography, quantum computing, and possibly others.

Note that the position requires commitment to learning French for teaching within 1-2 years after starting.
