The aim of this conference is to encourage collaboration between early stage pioneers in the field and showcase applications of combinatorics, statistics and general mathematical principles to solving problems in bioinformatics.



Keynote speakers include:



  *   Prof. Veli Makinen, Professor of Computer Science at the University of Helsinki.
  *   Dr. Terry Meehan, Coordinator, Mouse Informatics at EMBL-EBI, London.
  *   Dr. Sophia Tsoka, Reader of Bioinformatics at King's College London.

Each session of this one-day conference will feature an invited talk followed by oral presentations by students. Coffee breaks will provide the opportunity to network; lunch will take place at a local restaurant.
