[CPM-SPIRE-L] SeqBio 2018: call for participation

Dear all,

You can register for the SeqBio 2108 days, which will be held in Rouen, France on the 19th and 20th
November: http://bioinfo.univ-rouen.fr/seqbio2018/index.php
Registration is free but *mandatory*.
Beyond November 9, registration will not guarantee
automatic access to meals.

This year we will have two invited talks from Johannes
Fischer (TU Dortmund) and Alessandra Carbone (Sorbonne University -
Computational and Quantitative Biology Laboratory)
as well as 14 presentations on topics such as text algorithmics,
word combinatorics or algorithms for the processing
second or third generation DNA sequencing data.

This year we will also have a new feature: a private company session
will present the activities of omicX, SeqOne and Sophia Genetics.
