Dear all,

The SeqBio workshop aims at gathering communities from stringology and
bioinformatics mainly coming from France but, of course, researchers
abroad are also welcome. The workshop is organised in Lille on November
6th-7th : http://bioinfo.cristal.univ-lille.fr/seqbio2017/

The workshop consists of submitted talks and two invited talks.
The invited speakers will be:
* Knut Reinert, from the Freie Universität Berlin. He will talk about
the SeqAn library, will show some examples and he will point out how
biomedical research can benefit from it.
* Céline Scornavacca, CNRS, ISEM, Montpellier. She will talk about
gene-tree, species-tree reconciliation and she will present two recent
software (ecceTERA and DeCoSTAR).

The registration is free but is mandatory before October 25th:
http://bioinfo.cristal.univ-lille.fr/seqbio2017/#inscription

The submissions are open until October 13th and can be either short (≤ 2
pages) or extended abstracts. You are invited to use the LaTeX
(http://bioinfo.cristal.univ-lille.fr/seqbio2017/seqbio-template-latex.zip)
or word processor templates
(http://bioinfo.cristal.univ-lille.fr/seqbio2017/seqbio-template-word.zip).
The abstracts must be submitted on EasyChair:
