***********************************************

Dear Colleagues,

This is the third and last call for paper submissions to the special issue
"Bioinformatics
Algorithms and Applications" to be published in the Algorithms open-access
journal (ISSN 1999-4893) by MDPI. The special issue will contain
select papers presented at the BiATA conference held in St. Petersburg
last August, and it is also fully open to all who want to contribute
by submitting a relevant research manuscript.
As a guest editor of this special issue, I cordially invite you to
submit papers on the relevant topics by November 15, 2017.

Relevant topics include but not limited to:

* Sequencing technologies
* Molecular sequence analysis
* Computational genomics
* Genome assembly
* Transcriptomics
* Metagenomics
* Immunogenomics

Manuscripts should be submitted online as instructed at the website:
http://www.mdpi.com/journal/algorithms/special_issues/biata

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor
be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference
proceedings papers). All manuscripts will be thoroughly refereed
through a single-blind peer-review process. The Article Processing
Charge (APC) for publication in this open access journal is 550 CHF
(Swiss Francs). Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the top five papers
will get a waiver of the article processing charges and thus be
published free of charge.
