Submission deadline: 15 July 2015

Please forward to interested colleagues.

Further details:

This special issue of JDA will be devoted to the topics of the two-day research meeting London Stringology Days and London Algorithmic Workshop 2015, which was held at King's College London on 5-6 February 2015 http://www.inf.kcl.ac.uk/events/LSD&LAW15. These topics include:

string algorithms, automata theory, combinatorics on words, coding and data compression, bioinformatics, graph and network algorithms, computational complexity.

We welcome both submissions which are based on the presentations at the workshop as well as submissions on the topics of the workshop but not presented there. You can submit your paper to this special issue even if you did not participate in LSD & LAW 2015?.

Papers may be purely theoretical, or present theory supported by experimental results, or discuss applied research. Survey papers relevant to the topics of this special issue will also be considered. Papers must contain previously unpublished material, but full versions of conference papers may be submitted, provided that the conference paper is cited.

All submitted papers will be refereed according to the standard JDA refereeing process.
