Call for Papers

The Conference on High Throughput Sequencing Methods and Applications (HiTSeq 2014) is a Satellite of the ISMB 2014 conference and brings together biologists and computational scientists interested in exploring the challenges and opportunities in the analysis of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technologies. HiTSeq 2014 welcomes submissions on any topic related to high throughput sequencing technologies.

We are soliciting high-quality papers that will go through rigorous peer-review. Accepted papers will be presented at HiTSeq as talks, and will be published in a special online  collection of the Bioinformatics journal. Manuscripts should be submitted via the  During submission please specify HiTSeq as one of the keywords, and include a cover letter stating that the manuscript be considered for the HiTSeq conference.

Simultaneously, HiTSeq accepts submission of abstracts, which will be evaluated independently for the conference proceedings. Presentations of abstracts at HiTSeq may be either plenary talks or a poster at the conference poster session. Abstracts for consideration should be one page and submitted using the
